modern accommodation to sleep 8 - 10 on two levels with comfort and style. The house has just undergone a major renovation
to enlarge the kitchen and add an attached en-suite bedroom annex to the property. On the ground floor of the main house you will find a large modern kitchen, a
toilet and a very large lounge and dining room, on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, (one with en-suite bathroom
& one with its own terrace) a twin bedded room with wash basin, a large bathroom and separate toilet. The attached annex
consists of a large bedroom with double bed, a dressing room and bathroom. At the rear of the property there is a large laundry
room.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage space and includes
a large Gas Oven and Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Freezer & Dishwasher as well as the usual items such
as pots, pans, cutlery, china and glassware. A table seating 8 - 10 is in the middle for added convenience. The laundry room
is equipped with both Washing Machine and Condenser Dryer.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
The through Lounge/Dining Room is well equipped with
TV, DVD, & CD Player. Two large sofas provide comfortable seating and for winter months the large open fire can be lit,
although the house has central heating. The room is light and airy with French doors leading out onto the patio area leading
down to the pool. There is a table seating 8 at the far end of the lounge for more formal dining.
BEDROOMS
The two double bedrooms (the master bedroom is en-suite with bath/shower) and the second one has
private balcony, both have ample wardrobe and draw space. The third bedroom is a twin bedded room with wash basin, across
the landing is a large bathroom with corner bath, separate shower and wash basin as well as a separate toilet.
ANNEX
The
annex which was added in July 2007, has a separate entrance from the main house although attached. There is a large double
bedroom, dressing room and large bathroom.
GARDEN AND POOL
AREA
The large garden has ample shade and play areas for children including a Boules area. The patio area has a
large glass and wrought iron table with 6 chairs for outside dining, large umbrellas provide shade both on the patio and around
the pool where you will find a number of sunloungers. The pool is fitted with a safety alarm to conform with French laws.
There is ample parking for 4 - 6 cars.
