stated and includes Electric and Gas. During Winter months we ask for a €50 per week payment for Logs. Final Clean

A
deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Linen can be hired on a weekly
basis and includes Bed Linen, Towels and Pool Towels €20 per person.
Teatowels are provided free of charge. You may bring your own linen if you prefer. Payment for linen to be paid on arrival.
There is a compulsory charge of €100 for the final clean and this is payable on
arrival.
A Security Deposit of £1000 is also required at the
time of balance being paid, this is returned 7 working days after departure providing no deductions for damage or breakages
or outstanding linen/cleaning costs.
